- Representing as claimant to an international electronic company in a contract dispute. We successfully won the case, securing a total amount of IDR 322 billion (equivalent to USD 20 million) from the first instance court level hearing to the final stage at the Supreme Court.
- Assisting a multinational company in handling industrial relations by applying for reconsideration against a specific court verdict.
- Assisting a foreign company for the dispute with Bank Indonesia to the Purchase of Information Technology Products and Services Agreement
- Advising and representing one of the multilateral banks in the Asian region regarding civil litigation.
- Representing an Indonesian company in a breach of contract case against two logistics companies.
- Representing a multinational oil and gas drilling company in an oil and gas, involving a dispute of the agreement and negotiating the case’s resolution. In this case, the Indonesian company received compensation amounting to USD 2 million.
- Representing an individual client in preparing a Counter Memorandum of Appeal and providing legal representation during meetings with relevant authorities concerning a civil case at the High Court.
- Representing an Indonesian company in a case of unilateral termination of the agreement.
- Assisting a retail company in the leasing process of a space at a major shopping mall in Bali with a prominent property management in Indonesia.
- Assisting an Indonesian company in handling a civil case counter appeal in an Indonesian court, where the client is the appellee.
- Assisting a palm oil plantation company in Indonesia with legal issues related to the land plots in Indonesia.
- Assisting a foreign company in addressing legal matters related to outstanding payments from a second party.
- Assisting an Indonesia company concerning the accident that occurred at the Dieng Geothermal Power Plant Unit.
- Assisting the Client in serving Malaysia High Court documents to an Indonesian entity.
- Representing an Indonesia Company in relation to the illegal distribution.
- Representing an individual client in handling payment obligations related to the sale of assets.
- Representing an Indonesian company to assist with issues regarding the rejection of a preschool (PAUD) construction in a residential area.
- Represented a client as Defendant in a breach of contract case on a land procurement matter in Indonesia Court. The total amount of the disputed transaction was amounting to IDR 637 billion (equivalent to USD 42 million).
- Representing one of the biggest international hotel chain companies in negotiations regarding their contract renewal plans in Indonesia.
- Representing and advising as the defendant in a land ownership dispute with a contested value amounting to IDR 48 billion (equivalent to USD 3 million).
- Representing as claimant in a dispute of an apartment in Batam.
- Representing an international company in a breach of contract concerning an oil distributorship agreement in Indonesia.
- Representing an international bank as the defendant in a case related to fraud.
- Advising and assisting a multinational company to resolve and suggest contingency plans in every matter related with and/or against union.
- Advising a multinational company in relation to avoid potential of seizure raised by a dispute between Supplier.
- Acting as a counsel for a prominent multinational oil and gas company on a land dispute case in the Supreme Court of Indonesia. The value of the disputed land in this case amounts to IDR 17.5 billion (equivalent to USD 1.1 million).
- Representing one of the biggest fast moving consumer goods companies in a civil claim dispute. The claim of the counterparty in this case IDR 10 billion (equivalent to USD 606 thousand).
- Representing an Indonesian company in matters concerning alleged criminal land encroachment and banner installation.
