- Representing creditors (more than 200 creditors) in bankruptcy matters of the developer company.
- Representing a cement manufacturing company as a Creditor to file a claim in the Suspension of Debt Payment (PKPU) process against a construction company, which concluded with a settlement.
- Representing one of the biggest national banks as a retainer firm in the moratorium process of a public company in Singapore. The proposed debt restructuring amount in this moratorium process exceeds USD 300 million. The moratorium proposal has been submitted to the High Court of Singapore and is also registered in the Bankruptcy Court of the United States.
- Representing an Indonesian food company in the debt restructuring process with all its creditors.The restructured debt amounting to IDR 350 billion (equivalent to USD 23 million). Successfully assisted company in debt restructuring to avoid bankruptcy by potential disputes with all creditors.
- Successfully represented 2 companies (the two are sister companies) in the debt restructuring of a state owned public company in Indonesia. The process was done through the court sanctioned debt restructuring mechanism (PKPU/Suspension of Payment)) process The projected amount of the debt restructuring of this matter is more than IDR 8 trillion (equivalent to USD 485 million).
- Representing a Construction Execution Company as a Creditor in filing a PKPU (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang) petition to the Commercial Court in Indonesia, which concluded with a settlement before the PKPU decision was read.
- Representing and accompanying a construction services company as the Applicant to file a PKPU (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang) application against a palm oil agribusiness company at the Commercial Court in Indonesia. (The application ended with withdrawal).
- Representing and assisting a Transportation Services Company in filing a Petition for Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations ( PKPU) against the Debtor at the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court.
- Acting as a Curator in bankruptcy proceedings up to the approval of the peace agreement (homologation), and as a Curator in bankruptcy proceedings up to the asset liquidation.
- Representing the Petitioner as a Creditor in filing a Petition for Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) against the Debtor.
