Prior to joining AFHS LawFirm, Hans brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned lawyer specializing in patent law, data, and technology security. Additionally, Hans is a fully licensed Receiver and Administrator, specializing in business law, bankruptcy and debt restructuring. Throughout his professional journey, he has actively engaged in bankruptcy and debt restructuring cases, concurrently serving as a legal consultant with expertise in Intellectual Property Rights, medical law, taxation, and data protection in Indonesia. Central with his professional portfolio, Hans has earned recognition for handling intricate cases, including state administrative disputes, copyright and trademark issues, international contract, and alleged criminal offenses across diverse sectors, such as environmental and industrial matters.
Hans Edward’s academic journey is marked by dedication and achievement. Until now, He continues to contribute to the academic community as one of the Lecturers in Bankruptcy Law and Criminal Advocacy Management at the University of Pelita Harapan Surabaya.
