On 17 May 2022, the Supreme Court issued Supreme Court Regulation Number 3 of 2022 concering Electronic Mediation in the Court Cases (“PERMA 3/2022”). In essence, under PERMA 3/2022, parties to court dispute have the option to do the mediation electronically.
