AFHS LawFirm lawyers have been actively involved in the effort to develop the Indonesian advocates. Our Partner, Hendronoto Soesabdo is in the current PERADI’s National Board chairing the Continuing Legal Education Committee.
Between 12 and 13 December, Hendronoto Soesabdo and Senior associate Ivand Sinatra attended the Annual National Working Meeting (RAKERNAS) PERADI 2022 in Batam. This nationwide meeting was also attended by representatives of all PERADI’s Branches in Indonesia.
AFHS LawFirm also fully supported the event by becoming one of the main sponsors.
With this meeting, it is expected that PERADI and the advocate profession to remain independent in Indonesia.
