With his exceptional experience, Hendronoto is a seasoned lawyer. He has assisted and advised various high profile corporate clients in financial and commercial court cases. With his high level of responsiveness and rich of experience, clients often entrust him when dealing with high profile cases. 

 He started his career in 1998 when he joined an oil and gas company, PremierOil Natuna Sea Limited. During his time in the leading oil and gas company, he gained invaluable knowledge on the oil and gas industry.

Hendronoto is also among a shortlist of true leading arbitration lawyers in Indonesia. He has his rich experience in assisting local and international clients in various venues of arbitration. He is one of the members of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Users Council. He is the lawyer to go for anti corruption compliance matters. With his strong exposure and long experience in the area, he has helped principals of multinational companies in dealing with anti corruption issues in Indonesia.

Hendronoto has brought to AFHS his tremendous experience from his previous leadership experience as one of the partners at Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners, a member of an international firm, Baker & McKenzie. He was considered a bright star within the Baker & McKenzie organization. In 2005, he was awarded the Baker & McKenzie International Legal Studies Scholarship and obtained his LL.M Degree at The University of Washington, USA and appointed as one of the firm’s partners in 2011.

Hendronoto Soesabdo graduated from the Diponegoro University with bold positive footprints. His exceptional contributions to the students activities and outstanding academic achievement has led the university to award him as the third best achieving student of the year in 1996. The Law School also awarded him as the best achieving student of the year in the same year. Until now, he continues his contribution to the academic society as one of the scholars in the Diponegoro University Law School.
